Anyway, playing L4D2 I noticed something that I had added to my L4D autoexec ages ago and completely forgot wasn't part of the game:
Different outlines for spawned and non-spawned Infected teammates!
With this, spawned SI will appear blue as usual, but ghosts will have a white outline instead, which is a huge help with teamplay, as I'm sure you all know L4D is all about watching your teammate's outlines and base your timing on it.//Glow of spawning infected mates
I actually rely so much on it that I have told a lot of people in the past "just spawn when the boomer spawns, watch their outline", completely forgetting that they couldn't possibly tell visually with default settings.
But now you can, so no more excuses!
(Also, pink outlines for barfed survivors when playing survivor:)
